Job Overview:

TabSense, a leading cloud-based point of sale (POS) system designed specifically for food and beverage stores, is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide our agile development teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate our scrum practices, promote agile methodologies, and support the team in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in the food and beverage sector.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure the development teams understand deliverables and priorities.
• Assist in defining project scope and timelines based on the product roadmap and user stories specific to the food and beverage industry.
• Remove impediments to the team’s progress and ensure the team is functioning healthily.
• Foster an environment of collaboration, open communication, and problem-solving.
• Promote continuous improvement and help the team to increase productivity.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all involved stakeholders.
• Ensure the team adheres to the agile methodology and continuously seek ways to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, artifacts, and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
