Status of project: Greenfield implementation expected to last several years
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Testing with at least 2 of the following modules: FICO; SD, retail, and e-commerce; Logistics and warehousing; Customer service
- 2+ years of experience with test automation with Worksoft
- Proactive, reliable, and flexible
Main responsibilities:
- Development and evolution of the SAP automation framework, that will be used for all SAP modules and roll-outs;
- Executing automation testing activities necessary to deliver high-quality to upcoming and on-going projects involving the applications in scope;
- In some residual cases, there might be the need to carry out some manual tests too
- Scope and conduct POC, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions for client’s personnel, related of course to testing activities;
- Seek and share ways to improve test processes via the use of automation.
- Assist in evaluating and maintaining automation tools, as necessary.
- Capture, analyze and if necessary report test results to managers and project executives.
- Use automation test tools to develop and evolve automated test artifacts.
- Contribute to the sections of the automated test plan.
- Complete sections of a maintenance plan for automated test scripts as assigned.
- If necessary, plan, develop, and execute automated functional and performance test scripts
- Log and track defects.
- Maintain automation script repository.
- If necessary, obtain application authentication and authorization for automated testing in all environments.
- If necessary, conduct automated role-based testing.
- Contribute to work estimates as necessary.
- Supervise, document, and execute testing data management plan activities.
- Grow the knowledge of functional/data model of the applications in scope.
