About The Role

As the Sales Team Lead for Careem, you will be responsible for driving new restaurant partnerships across UAE, Jordan and KSA. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and guiding our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Your expertise in sales strategy, team management, and market insights will play a pivotal role in shaping our success across these key markets.

What You’ll Do

 

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve acquisition targets in alignment with overall business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities within the UAE, Jordan, and KSA markets, devising innovative approaches to penetrate new segments.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Market Insights and Analysis:
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in the food delivery industry.
• Utilize data and analytics to provide actionable insights for the sales team and adapt strategies as needed.
• Partnership Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new partners.
• Sales Performance Management:
• Utilizing Salesforce to monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Implement effective sales processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of previous experience (with prior experience as a sales team lead)
• Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills
• Strong problem solving skills and fair data analysis
• Highly proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications
