Sales Supervisors
Job Summary:
– Supervising a team of up to eight salesmen, ensuring the correct service levels, distribution and display of company products to an agreed customer base.
– Ordering the correct volume and mix of product to service the area under his supervision based on agreed company standards.
– Wastage control for all routes under his supervision.
– The implementation and management of company strategies and plans in the area under his supervision.
– The leadership, training and coaching of personnel under his direct supervision.
Job Requirements:
* Academic background and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or any related field with minimum 2 to 4 years in FMCG supervisory role.
