I’m looking to hire a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
– Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets, and stay updated on industry trends.
– Establishing and developing selling prices by determining the profit margin, costs, and administrative expenses and reviewing them periodically.
– Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase sales and brand visibility.
– Manage the sales, analyze sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
– Monitor and manage the sales and marketing budgets effectively.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 8+ years of experience years of sales in the IT sector.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of market trends.
– Ability to innovate and adapt to changes in the market.
