Benefits & Perks

  • At this time, we offer pay on a weekly basis via PayPal or Wise.com, but preferability Wise.com for ease of payments.
  • Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
  • We offer a “13th month” salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during the month of December.
  • For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of $300 USD depending on experience, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. During training the first few week’s hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 1,200 USD. For highly skilled applicants, this can be negotiated upon completion of the application!

The RoleYour Responsibilities Will Include

  • Shopify Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our Wholesale Specific Shopify store.
  • Update product listings, pricing, and inventory quantities as needed in collaboration with our Wholesale Operations Team.
  • Email Management: Monitor and manage the team’s individual and shared email accounts.
  • Observe and practice Inbox Zero management techniques
  • Prioritize and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and categorize incoming emails and documents.
  • Project Management: Ensure the Wholesale Sales Team is utilizing our Project Management system in Notion. All tasks should be documented.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including tasks, deadlines, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Sales team to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Marketing team to ensure all Wholesalers have the Marketing Content needed to promote the brand.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Wholesale Sales Team, training provided by the Wholesale Operations Team.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Take on the responsibility of keeping notes of all necessary meetings and calls.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Sales team and other departments.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing regular reports and updates to the team.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role, ideally within the Consumer industry.
  • Familiarity with Notion is preferred
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
