Active Star | النجم الناشط looking to hire a “Bookkeeper ” Remotely job with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
– Recording daily financial transactions and completing the transfer process.
– Maintaining accurate financial records and providing the information that accountants and auditors need.
– Creating financial reports and analyzing financial data.
– Recording receipts and invoices on the system accurately (supplier name, invoice number, invoice value, date of receipt, payment terms) and verifying that suppliers’ invoices match the receipt forms and services provided.
– Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure that receivables are collected promptly.
– Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and protecting sensitive data.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related.
-Highly computer literate with capability in email, excel.
-Experience (0-1) Fresh graduates are welcome.
