Quality Business Solutions (QBS) is looking for a “Technical Writer”
Job Code – TW-0324
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, tutorials, API documentation, and release notes.
• Organize and structure content to make it easily accessible and understandable for the target audience.
• Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Keep documentation up to date with product changes and enhancements.
• Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience 1-2 Years.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and version control systems.
• Familiarity with markup languages such as Markdown, HTML, and XML.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
