Quality Assurance Supervisor
About the job
Main purpose of the job:
The QVM QA Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the implementation, monitoring and improvement of appropriate systems that meet Pfizer requirements and those of local regulatory authorities
Major Responsibilities
Validation
- Validation and packaging process
Prepare and approve validation protocols,
Check the execution of validation exercises and ensure that the necessary controls and samples are carried out in accordance with the established protocol,
Prepare and approve validation reports and ensure that the resulting actions are followed and closed on time.
- Validation cleanup
Establish and approve cleaning validation protocols and reports,
Supervise the execution of cleaning validation exercises,
Ensure that exercises are carried out in accordance with the VMP
Ensure periodic review of the validation status
- Validation of the Master Plan
Responsible for drafting and approving the VMP,

Qualification/Calibration
- Approve protocols and qualification reports,
- approve the annual calibration schedule, and ensure its proper application,
- establish and approve the site’s EMTs,
- decide on the state of conformity of the calibration.
- Ensure periodic review of qualification status
Document Management
- Ensures compliance of the documentary system with Pfizer standards
- Responsible for documentation and its archiving on the site
- Approval of maintenance and quality control department procedures
Change management
- Initiation or approval of changes related to equipment and utilities
EHS
- Apply EHS procedures and actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of the EHS system on site
- Participate in the implementation of EHS action plans relating to your department
- Participate in the periodic review of the EHS management system
Required conpetencies :
- Engineer or pharmacist
- 2 years of experience is prefered.
