We have an exciting opportunity for Project Management Officer in BD Department to support us in our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
– Develop project plans based on logical framework approaches.
– Interact directly and follow up with relevant departments to ensure progress of each project as planned.
– Communicate with customers to request needed information and documents on time.
– Create & manage documentation & reports for projects.
– Verify data & information & analyze it to suit the direction of a project.
– Track, forecast & report on project progress including metrics & challenges to the management, while proposing corrective measures for any possible deviations.
– Keep all internal data confidential.
– Provide support on any other task requested by the Head of the Department
Must-Haves:
– BSc in Industrial Engineering.
– Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
– Very good written & verbal communication skills.
– Good analytical skills.
– Very good organizational skills.
– Team player.
– Excellent command of Arabic and English languages both spoken and written.
– Excellent computer skills including Windows, Microsoft office (Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint etc.)
– PMP is a plus
