We are hiring Production Supervisor
Job Requirements:
At least 5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with solid sound knowledge of bulk processing and In-depth knowledge of the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills Strong technical skills and problem-solving skills bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering, or other related degree.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Ensure the production plan is followed in weighing and in bulk preparation of powder final mix.
2.Follow up on manufacturing processes and ensure compliance to the manufacturing batch records and the standard operating procedures.
3.Follow up on the given plans and report on progress based on the weekly production plans. Provide weekly reports and / or monthly reports as requested by Production Manager.
4.Work with production employees to achieve the targeted productivity according to production schedules and issue reports that provide information related to any problems, deviations or obstacles affecting the work.
5.Contribute to finding solutions addressing deviations investigations, proposing corrective and preventive actions to ensure process improvements are achieved.
6.Ensure commitment to the approved procedures (SOP) and GMP.
7.Supervise employees for implementation of the general safety instructions and report any deficiencies correlated in providing safe working conditions.
8.Issue of periodic reports to the Production Manager and issue reports on KPIs and updates to reports content as requested.
9.Address internal audit findings and GMP inspection findings in a timely manner and an efficient manner.
10.Participate as requested in the process validation and process optimization activities.
11.Participate in production employees and workers evaluation.
12.Handle other duties that fall within the scope of your role and as assigned by the Production Manager.
