The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the outlet in accordance with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while also meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
As an Outlet Manager, your responsibility is to oversee the assigned outlet as a self-sustaining profit center that aligns with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Your goal is to achieve maximum guest satisfaction within budget constraints, ultimately contributing to the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
