Role Description
This is a contract Organizational Structure Specialist role. As an Organizational Structure Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational structures, analyzing and improving business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize organizational performance. The role is based in Amman.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in organizational design, process improvement, or a related field
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Experience with project management, change management, and organizational development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in organizational design and development
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
