Reputable company located in Amman is Looking for a “Office Manager“
With the following requirements & Duties:
Job Requirement:
Jordanian Nationality.
Gender: Female.
Age must be between (30 – 45) years.
Must have experience above 5 years.
Responsibilities:
Calendar management
Prepare for meetings (In person, Zoom links, minutes of meetings etc.)
Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
Organize travel and itineraries.
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents
Follow up with different departments on the work progress of the tasks requested by the owner, and report back in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Professional in Microsoft Office suite and Computer Literacy
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
