Reputable company located in Amman is Looking for a “Office Manager“ with the following requirements & Duties:Â
Job Requirement:

  • Jordanian Nationality.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Age must be between (30 – 45) years.
  • Must have experience above 5 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Prepare for meetings (In person, Zoom links, minutes of meetings etc.)
  • Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
  • Organize travel and itineraries.
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents
  • Follow up with different departments on the work progress of the tasks requested by the owner, and report back in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional in Microsoft Office suite and Computer Literacy
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
