Requirements:
Degree in Business
3-5 years of overall experience, with 2-3 years in business development
Fluent in Arabic (Advanced) and English (Advanced)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of the Jordanian market
Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities:
Identify new retail customers
Negotiate with customers on Margin and Credit terms
Ensure timely delivery of goods
Create and manage marketing plans
Develop effective business strategies
Follow up on payments with customers
Analyze market trends and report to management
Handle other administrative tasks when required
Package Details:
Basic Monthly Salary: JD 300 – JD 400
Extra Allowances & Benefits: Transportation (JD250), Communication (JD 150), Commission (To be discussed)
