Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Medical Account Manager, located in Istanbul (European Side), Turkiye.

Summary Of The Role
To generate demand on products by training the ophthalmologists and opticians according to the company vision and mission.

- Regularly visits the hospitals, optics and all related authorities in his/her region. 90% of visit covers ECPs; 10% of visit covers all related authorities and optics.
- Creates and maintains long term relations with ECPs and decision makers in his/her region.
- Persuades the ECPs and other decision makers to recommend and make the products chosen as first choice in his/her product group.
- With his/her manager, regularly organizes seminars or mini meetings for ECPs and other decision makers to demonstrate the products, share information about scientific updates and new developments in products.
- Gives information about the market to the marketing department to guide informational catalogues and brochures to be distributed among the optics ECPs, and decision makers.
- Introduces and creates awareness of newly launched products among ECPs and other authorities in his/her region.
- Makes the necessary preparations of documents, samples and the booth for upcoming congresses, attends the congresses in order to promote the products.
- Informs manager of developments, complaints, and product satisfaction.
- Presents reports to manager about sales figures and market developments in determined frequency and format by being in contact with other account managers
- Works cooperatively with AAMs in order to reach the best sales and profit results in the assigned region.
- Transmits product updates from his /her region to the other account managers, key account manager and area sales managers.
- Attends the department and company meetings.
- In case of any complaints related to the products, works coordinated with Medical and Marketing departments, following the company procedures.
- Following-up new activities, ECP meetings and events in the market and share with the team and management team .
- In order to be aware of market conditions, investigating market developments, customer opinions, advertisement and all promotion programs.
- Responsible to give trainings about product specifications to ECPs, office assistants, Residents and optics and their staff in the covered area.
- To be a part of any educational organization during sales meetings.
- Participates all company meetings related to Sales organization, reforms POA materials etc.
- Supports arrangements for exhibitions, events and congress.
- University/Bachelors Degree
- 1-3 years of related sales experience ideally in Medical Technology sector
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, problem solving & decision making skills
- Creating value for customers, promoting innovation and continuous learning
- Building interdependent partnerships
- Effective time management and selling competencies
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Having no obstacle for frequent travelling and extensive driving
