A leading industrial company In KSA is seeking to recruit Marketing Manager
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Department / Section: Sales & Marketing.
Reporting To: Vice President.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have bachelor’s degree in (Mechanical or Electrical engineering)/ (Marketing or Business Administration), with 7 to 10 years’ workexperiencein sales and Marketingin a reputed company,preferably in engineering and machinery industry.
- Teamwork.

- Self-discipline.
- Great background in Digital Marketing, especially Business to Business with clear and well-known previous achievements.
- Self-motivated with great energy.
- Prepare marketing plans and strategies, conduct studies, and build a global image for the company.
- Prepare yearly sales and marketing plan.
- Visit and develop good relationships with existing customers as well as seeking new opportunities with major business entities governmental and semi-Governmental (airports, chemical and mega governmental projects).
- Read all sales calls and provide coaching or support when needed.
- Provide technical advice when needed.
- Provide advice on pricing and other commercial matters.
- Participate directly in all deals.
- Placing of orders with factory through technical manager.
- Follow –up delivery dates with plant Mgr. to ensure their compliance with acknowledged dates.
- Manage the inventory to secure immediate availability of most models all year long.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Handle client complaints.
- Enhance Value Added Products sales.
- Work on digital marketing and pay great attention to it.
- Understand the market needs and collect needed marketing studies and plan accordingly.
- Communicate with sales department and get the customers feedback from them.
- Create marketing Key Performance Indicators and keep reporting and monitoring the marketing performance accordingly.
- Promoting products and keeping the market updated with the latest technical developments.
- Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence across all channels.
- Produce and optimize content (newsletters, scripts, blogs, webinars…).
- Research competitors, forecast future sales and performance trends.
- Analyze campaigns’ statistics report, evaluate new practices, and optimize.
- Measure, analyze, and report the performance of all digital marketing channels (website, email marketing, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube…).
- Forward potential leads received to the concerned Sales Engineer.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and the latest technologies.
- Ensure internal alignment by providing training to all concerned employees on digital marketing strategies.
- Keep aligned with all the live exhibitions and hubs related to the field and participate in the exhibition with the best opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Special Skills: Particularly good knowledge in English (Reading, writing, and speaking), management skills.
