Kia Jordan is looking to hire a Logistics Officer (Fresh Graduate).
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Logistics Officer. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and support as you learn the ins and outs of the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or directly to customers.
• Learn to plan and optimize logistics processes under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support inventory management efforts by ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to track shipments and provide updates.
• Contribute to identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies related to transportation and logistics.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to evaluate logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of logistics.
• Prior internship or coursework related to logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
