Job Opportunity: Logistics_and_Demand_Planning_Manager
JDS is looking for a talented Logistics & Demand Planning Manager to join our team with the following details:
# Duties & Responsibilities:
* leadership and direction to scheduling and orders staff to help accomplish order fulfillment objectives
* Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
* Develop and execute integrated demand and supply plans to meet customer service expectations, inventory targets, and cost objective
* Analyze data and develop reports to effectively communicate performance to the management
* Develop and maintain close relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
* Establish and monitor metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement
* Periodic forecast review on the volume needed.
# Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree Pharmacy, business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
* A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
# Skills:
* Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
* Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
* Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
