• BA and or Diploma degree as minimum in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Food Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience within the pastry and ingredients industry
• Strong practical experience with different pastries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent English language.
