Jordan Sweden Medical is looking to hire a Logistics Officer with the following requirements:
– BSc in Industrial Engineering / Logistics Management.
– 0 – 1 year of experience .
– Good command of English language.
– Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases.
The candidate will be responsible for:
– Follow up on customer orders to assure delivery according to order requirements and on time.
– Prepare the pick lists based on sales orders and ensure the delivery notes are reviewed and coordinate with accounting to prioritize invoicing and to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled compliant to company’s procedures and best practices.
– Prepare shipping schedule for finished goods delivery based on delivery dates, and coordinate with finished goods and with delivery department to ensure delivery is organized and scheduled to be done on time.
– Support activities related to preparing required clearance shipping documents for import goods and follow up with Clearance Company.
– Keep track of all transactions, records of all documents, vouchers, orders, and documentation related to orders and the related market.
– Perform transactions on the ERP system and issue monthly reports to reflect the work done and to report on KPIs set for logistics and sales order fulfilment.
– Receive and check returned finished goods and apply the procedures to ensure accuracy of transactions and tracking of movement is maintained according to regulatory requirements.
– Utilize knowledge in the field to fine tune, improve and achieve efficiencies in warehouse management and in logistics activities.
