Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both online and offline marketing strategies, with a focus on driving brand awareness and customer engagement. Experience in the retail sector is a definite advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives.
2. Manage online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and website.
3. Coordinate offline marketing initiatives such as events, print advertising, and direct mail campaigns.
4. Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in as a Marketing Manager with at least 2 years in a retail setting
3. Strong understanding of online marketing channels and tactics.
4. Experience in the retail sector is preferred.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
7. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills.
