Position Available: Product Specialist – Laboratory Unit at Arab Medical & Scientific Alliance (AMSA)
AMSA is seeking a dedicated Product Specialist for our Laboratory Unit. This role is essential in driving our unit’s objectives and ensuring the implementation of our strategic business plans.
Core Responsibilities:
· Execute tasks aligned with the organization’s policies and procedures to meet our unit’s objectives.
· Uphold and apply our business objectives, strategies, and operational guidelines.
· Offer initial technical and sales support to new clients, collaborating with our service team for comprehensive discussions.
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance growth and profitability, keeping abreast of market trends and competitors.
· Manage sales volumes and product pricing strategies in response to market supply, demand, and economic indicators.
· Engage with customers through professional presentations, leveraging technical and commercial resources to negotiate successful outcomes.
· Demonstrate the advantages of our imaging technology through various platforms including face-to-face, virtual meetings, and public events.
· Maintain a sales pipeline with regular updates and follow-up.
· Provide client consultations to gather feedback and foster business relationships.
· Present our technical capabilities and product offerings to meet client needs.
· Maintain direct communication with clients to understand their needs and evaluate our service quality.
· Undertake sales and marketing visits to potential clients across various institutions.
· Conduct follow-ups and training sessions as necessary, including product demonstrations.
· Prepare and submit detailed reports on client engagements and product evaluations.
· Support in preparing tender documents and following up on tender awards and implementations.
· Offer expert product knowledge for client inquiries and challenges.
· Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
· Prepare and submit sales reports and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
· Generate sales leads and close deals to meet financial targets and objectives.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences or a related field.
· 1-3 years of relevant experience.
· Experience with product sales and the ability to technically support customer inquiries.
· Proficiency in conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and utilizing marketing tools.
· Excellent sales, negotiation, and computer skills.
· Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
· Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
