A vibrant and dynamic establishment committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience is looking for an experienced Restaurant and Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the overall success of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage in coordination with the Procurement Department the inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs.
2. Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and cafe staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
3. Customer Service:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
4. Financial Management:
• Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with the finance department for accurate record-keeping.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities.
• Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Leverage social media and other platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in restaurant or cafe management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for food and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• 15+ years of relevant experience in restaurant or cafe management.
