The Royal Health Awareness Society is looking to hire for the position of “IT_Officer ” with a Bachelor degree in MIS , Information Technology , Information Security , network engineering or any other related field, and minimum of (2-4) years of experience in the same field .
Responsibilities :
– Troubleshoot system and network problems.
– Install and manage System Center Configuration Manager on the server for Windows installation and configuration of domain environment computers and users.
– Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
– Work on Office 365 mailing solution and Microsoft 2FA solutions.
– Offer staff daily operations and systems support and work closely with all teams to resolve IT-related inquiries.
– Assist personnel with installation, configuration, and ongoing system hardware and software usability.
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone.
– Perform administrative duties on RHAS network, servers firewall, and backup system.
– Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions.
– Conduct daily network backup operations, and set up a secure data backup and archival system.
– Perform system upgrades as necessary for software and hardware-related components as needed.
– Follow up with vendors on maintenance and repair of laptops, PCs, printers, etc.
– Sets up and maintains network operations, including assembly of network hardware.
– Maintain an organized storage facility of all IT-related assets, keep an updated log of IT assets status in terms of functionality and efficiency, and have clear priorities on the need for maintenance or change.
– Perform security updates and implement cyber security solutions.
– Support the Organizational Performance Development Department on tasks related to processing digitization and introducing new software to enhance the organization’s operations.
– Act as the System Administrator for the operational software used at the organization.
– Focal Point as a technical person of IT devices and software and work closely with the Procurement Department and the relevant Departments per RHAS’ procurement policy.
– Create and develop the Policies, Procedures, and ERPs related to RHAS’ IT needs. And ensure proper implementation.
