Job Summary
At Leaders Center, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor – Stock controller to manage and control the stock, He/she will be responsible for stock management in the stores and warehouse,
He/she will contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Key Accountabilities:
Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments.
Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
Evaluating vendors and suppliers’ offers and negotiating profitable purchase prices.
Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget
Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to solve with vendors
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in administration or related fields.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail filed
Familiar with SAP One System
Extensive experience in supply chain data analysis.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
