Summary
Guest Service Officer will assist guests with check in/out process, account settlements, communication of the hotel services and promotions, providing guests with information about local attractions/restaurants in Doha and answering guest phone calls. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Qualifications
Candidates with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management are highly encouraged to apply. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, interpersonal skills, and fluency in Arabic and English languages are a must.
