IT Technical Support
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Research, diagnose, Resolve problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
- Documentation of the hardware and software maintenance and updates.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Software maintenance and testing capability.
- In depth knowledge of:
- Windows Server 2016 and 2019. (Active Directory, failover cluster,.etc.)
- Microsoft Office 365.
- Backup Solution.
- Firewall and Antivirus.
- Previous working experience in IT support for (2-5) years.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or information systems, or related field
