Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Technical Support Specialist at Ahli Microfinance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical assistance and support to our employees, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-Proven experience working in IT technical support roles, preferably in a financial or banking environment.
