We are looking to hire a Stock Operation Controller with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or any relevant bachelor’s degree
•Minimum 2 years of stock control experience in fashion retail or any related position.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Takes:
•Conduct regular physical stock counts for accuracy.
•Implement counting methodologies and follow procedures.
•Reconcile count results with inventory records.
Stock Movement:
•Manage merchandise movement in the warehouse.
•Coordinate internal transfers between stores.
Shipments and Deliveries:
•Oversee receiving and processing of inbound deliveries.
•Verify delivery quantities and specifications.
•Manage accurate outgoing shipments to stores.
•Coordinate with logistics providers and track progress.
Transfers:
•Initiate inter-store transfers based on demand and stock levels.
•Maintain accurate documentation of all transfers.
Monitoring:
•Use inventory management software for tracking.
•Generate reports, analyze data, and prevent stockouts.
•Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
•Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
Additional Responsibilities:
•Assist with stocktaking training and onboarding.
•Liaise with other departments on inventory matters.
•Continuously improve stock control procedures.
