Now it is your opportunity to join Abu Khader Automotive, we are looking for an HR Officer.
Job Description & Summary
This position is responsible for administering the approved HR policies to contribute to the organization’s effective use of
human resources as well as processing all personnel, learning and development, talent acquisition, performance
management requests and processes for the company.
Detailed responsibilities include:
– Administer employees’ work attendance and monitor their punctuality.
– Coordinate the employee annual leave schedules and leave processing.
– Prepare new hire and termination paperwork.
– Coordinate and administer employee benefits, payroll, and other personnel matters.
– Manage the annual Performance Appraisal and Training Plans.
– Administer recruitment activities.
Requirements:
– B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related field.
– A minimum of 1-2 Years of Experience.
– Excellent command of English and Arabic.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
– Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
– Data Management and Organization.
