Key Jordan is looking for an HR_Supervisor that will be in charge of human resources activities and various employee related matters in addition to providing assistance and support to employees and managers within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, implement and/or communicate policies and procedures in compliance with the HR practices, laws, and regulations
• Prepare employee handbook
• Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs
• Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and specifications, preparing job advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Handling staff requirements.
• Maintaining employee records, ensuring that they are kept up to date and accurate
• Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
• Manage employee relations
• Plan and hold training events
• Manage payroll
• Monitor performance evaluation process
• May perform non-human resources related administrative and operational duties
• Managing the HRIS system
• Crafting job requirements and description for all positions.
• Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and recommend actions to address concerns
• Develop and maintain periodic human resources reports for management
• Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related filed.
• 5+ years’ experience in human resources management
• Good knowledge of the Jordanian labor law
• Strong understanding of HR functions, methods and strategies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Interpersonal skills
