HR Operations Officer: Amman
As a Human Resources (HR) Operations Officer, your role involves managing various administrative tasks and operational functions within the HR department of an organization. Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with this role:
·        Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records is essential. This includes managing personnel files, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
·        Benefits Administration: You may handle the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This involves enrolling new employees, processing changes, and assisting employees with benefit-related inquiries.
·        Payroll Processing: Collaborating with the finance department, you might oversee payroll processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. This may involve verifying timesheets, calculating wages, and addressing payroll-related queries.
·        Employee Relations Support: Handling basic employee relations matters, such as facilitating communication between employees and management, addressing minor grievances, and providing support during conflict resolution processes.
·        HR Reporting: Generating HR reports and analyzing data related to key metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. This information helps inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
·        General Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies.

Requirements:
·        A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
·        Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with employment laws and regulations IS A MUST.
·        3 – 5 Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is typically required.
