Seeking a talented HR Manager for our esteemed FMCG company!
Location: Iraq
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
– Oversee employee onboarding, training, performance management, and career development programs.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
– Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role within the FMCG industry.
