Al Marina holding is hiring for HR Coordinator in one of Hotel Division Located at Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team! HR Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and clerical functions of HR departments, performing such tasks as maintaining personnel records, creating and updating employee handbooks, and developing employee orientation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruitment
– Employee onboarding and orientation
– Payroll
– Performance management and employee relations
– Administration Job
-Coordinator with HOD
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Proven experience in HR roles and Hotel Industry in UAE.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
