Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or any relevant field
- Certification in HR and preferably (Certified Compensation Professional and / OR Global Remuneration Professional)
- Minimum (10) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English language
Executive & Technical Duties
- Strategy Development: Designing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and talent management goals.
- Compensation Management: Overseeing the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation for different countries.
- Job Families and titles: Collaborate with P&C Business Partners in making sure all job titles/families are harmonized and aligned in accordance with internal and external strategies.
- Job evaluation: Conducting job evaluations utilizing well-known methodologies to govern the job weights in accordance with the assigned job descriptions.
- Benefits Design: Designing employee benefits programs considering the strategy and the local differences.
- Market Benchmarking: Conducting regular market benchmarks and analysis to ensure competitiveness of the total rewards packages and adjusting as necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all compensation and benefits programs comply with local laws and regulations.
- Budget Management/Workforce Planning: Managing the budget for total rewards and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Employee Communication: Communicating total rewards policies and programs to employees, ensuring transparency, and understanding.
- Performance Linkage: Aligning reward systems with performance management, ensuring rewards are linked to individual and organizational performance.
- Strategy Effectiveness: Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures, recommending plan revisions and new plans.
- Headcount and C&B committees: Acting as secretary/coordinator for these committees.
- Collaboration with P&C Business Partners: Working closely with People & Culture Business Partners to implement and communicate total rewards programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and objectives.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and making data-driven decisions for improvements.
