About the Job:
We are looking for a Senior Officer – Fullstack Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, etc to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
- Conduct cmpreshensive testing of both backend and frontend applications to ensure seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks that facilitate efficient and effective testing processes.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all project requirements.
- Create detailed defect reports, including steps to reproduce and collaborate with software engineers to facilitate timely resolution.
- Maintain automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline to aid the team with rapid feedback on the quality of the product(s)
- Conduct performance testing (where applicable) to evaluate system stability and responsiveness under various conditions.
- Embrace an agile and adaptive mindset; Be open to learning and integrating new testing tools and methodologies.

- 2-4 Years of extensive experience in software testing with a focus on backend and frontend applications.
- Stong background in quality assurance methodologies and processes.
- Hands-on experience programming with Java and Javascript.
- Proficient in testing frameworks especially Cypress for frontend testing and Rest-Assured for API testing.
- Experience working within a remote agile team and good understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
- Demostrated ability to adapt and quickly learn new technologies, tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Proven problem solving skills with a fous on identifying and addressing issues in a proactive and efficient manner.
