Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative duties as assigned by the Director of F&B.
Handle incoming calls; open, examine, sort, incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response.
Maintain files, schedules and other documents according to Four Seasons standards.
Support the F&B Managers in contacting on-call staff for events as needed, set and confirm interviews and appointments.
Coordinate with F&B Managers whenever necessary regarding operational problems.
Check all store requisitions and to ensure that the division is operated within the budget by minimizing costs and expenditures without affecting the standard.
Receive Banquet Event Orders and create Purchase Orders accordingly.
Attend, when needed, operational meetings to guarantee effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
Assist in making restaurant reservations and catering inquires when needed.
