A big Agriculture marketing company tends to contract a Management Consultant/ Process Engineering on a short term basis to establish and design company’s process and procedural manual.
Main qualifications
* MBA in Organisations Management,
* Approved Training in Business Analysis
* Trackable Experience in Human Resources and work loud management
* Not less than 5years of consecutive experience in big and/or multinational companies
* Trackable Experience in process engineering/ re-engineering as well as process simplification
* Certified certificate in projects in controlled environments, Prince Level 1 (Level 2 is a plus) and/or PMP Agile
* Trackable experience in management consulting and quality management in accordance to global standards such as QMS ISO 9001.
* Proven experience in Excellence models (EFQM, GEM, etc.) as a consultant and/or assessor
* Experience in strategy management development, strategic planning and KPIs
* Previous experience on preparing operational manuals within the organization’s operational model
* Experience in developing procedures, policies, competency matrixes, authorities and roles matrixes, governance procedures, knowledge management, risk management’s models etc.
* in depth knowledge in capacity building processes
* In depth knowledge of Job description development and standard operating procedures
Required Skills:
* Excellent English language skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Carried out similar projects in Jordan and/or aboard
* Excellent reporting skills
* Excellent computer skills
