Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Executive to lead our outreach initiatives. This role will focus on establishing partnerships with companies, organizations, and non-profits to offer our online therapy services as part of their employee well-being programs or as an additional support service. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or business development with a track record of selling to enterprise clients and/or non profit organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to establish partnerships and secure new business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, non-profit organizations, and other potential partners.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategies and campaigns to promote our services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPIs.
- Represent [Your Company Name] at industry events, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the mental health industry and online therapy services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
