A Leading Pharmaceutical Company in Amman announce to fill the following position: (for Jordanians)
Position: Product Manager
Industry: Pharmaceutical Industry.
Functional Area:
– Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
– Support market data generation and conclusions for strategic planning
– Developing positioning strategies and the possible product pricing scenarios
– Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Job Description:
– Managing/ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends.
– Developing/Implementing strategies and managing marketing campaigns inside countries (& in coordination with the Digital Marketing for Digital campaigns e.g. ATL & BTL) to assure excellence of the deliverables as per the objectives.
– Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports that includes paybacks and ROI.
– Reporting includes products performance reports, competition activities report.
– Creating/adapting the marketing mix for different products: Products, pricing, promotions and place.
– Supporting projects innovation/renovations from the ideation phase to the launch, and post launch assessment phase in coordination with the Launch Manager & the Project Management Officer
– Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
– Working with colleagues across multiple departments
– Managing related marketing budgets and a team of product specialists.
– Managing/ Organizing events such as exhibitions and DGMs.
– Build strategic relationships and partner with KOLs, entities, agencies …etc.
Skills:
– Previous experience in developing product and marketing strategies.
– Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
– Budget management skills.
– Strong research and analytical skills.
– Analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
– Forecasting skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
– MBA is a plus.
– Experience:
– 5 years in pharmaceutical industry with a leading pharmaceutical company.
– Marketing exposure is a plus.
Languages: Excellent English language skills (written and oral).
