Role Purpose:
The Creative Designer will be a key player in producing visually compelling and innovative designs across various media, including digital platforms, print, and video. This role blends creativity with technical skills and a keen awareness of industry trends. The incumbent will conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate client messages, enhancing the agency’s digital and creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Visual Innovation: Conceptualize and develop unique, creative designs that meet client needs and reflect current design trends.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work alongside client service and sales teams to produce designs that effectively communicate the desired message and support sales objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Employ design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with emerging AI design tools, to create high-quality designs.
- Client Interaction: Actively engage with clients to understand their vision and provide aligned creative solutions.
- Adaptability: Stay flexible and responsive to evolving project requirements and client feedback.
- Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, including digital design technologies and AI creative tools, to ensure innovative and relevant design solutions.

Professional Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in creative design, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- Proficiency in traditional design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with AI creative tools.
- Strong communication skills for effectively articulating design concepts.
- Attention to aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is desirable.
