The Role
The Cluster Revenue Manager is r esponsible for maximizing revenues by understanding, analyzing and implementing revenue management strategies, analyzing data, managing inventory and rates, and providing pricing, inventory management, and selling recommendations. Provide guidance and support sales and marketing initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of the hotel. Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition.
The Cluster Revenue Manager will be overseeing both Grand Hyatt Amman and Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla, this is a dual reporting relationship to the General Managers of both properties, and the role entails frequent travel between both locations.
The candidate is anticipated to develop future talent for the succeeding revenue managers for each property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute all required reports of pick-up, pace, market segmentation, account production, channel/source, mix of sales, and rate shops, identifying opportunities to drive performance and grow market share.
- Work with hotel departments to manage status of through the day, adjusting inventory controls/pricing to maximize sell-outs, optimizing upsell opportunities, and communicating fluctuations to forecast and selling strategies.
- Analyze STR reports to understand drivers of hotel’s occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance, and identify key learnings to improve future performance.
- Complete and publish the weekly Operations forecast.
- Ensure rate parity, correct content, and optimal display for all rates, packages, and promotions across all public channels.
- Guide and support Sales team to provide Group pricing, preferred patterns need periods, and selling strategies for booking optimal business, in-line with overall revenue goals.
- Run the Group pick-up meeting to manage blocked inventory and patterns, review cut-off dates, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Be informed of competitor hotels business, perform SWOT analyses, and maintain database of information.
- Measure results of revenue management initiatives, promotions, and material changes to strategy.
Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in Revenue Management with 1 year in a management capacity and/or combination of experience, that will meet the requirements for this position.
- Skilled in Microsoft office and specifically Excel, with a prerequisite in formulating and reporting.
- Highly detail-oriented, skilled in organizational and time management, multitasking, and follow-up.
