Job Description

Essential responsibilities

 

  • To improve and update the operational business workflows of the various departments.
  • To ensure that Group various procedures and policies are abided within relevant business units and consistently review them to ensure that they are in full alignment with regulations and business need.
  • Data Analysis. o Support in updating the Production Database and work with Production team to improve the data Quality & Accessibility.
  • Prepare set of reports to be issued on a periodical basis.
  • Business planning and budgeting. o Assist in Preparing and submitting consolidated and standardized annual business plans of the various departments/units.
  • Assist in Preparing and submitting consolidated annual Budgets for the various departments/units.
  • Project Management o Assist in preparing feasibility studies for all projects.
  • Internal and cross functional coordination and process improvement o Support the development of processes and structures and work with cross functional departmental teams to improve workflows/communications.
  • Reporting o Support with financial, operational and project-based reporting.

Requirements

▪ Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate planning or consulting.

▪ BA in Business Administration or Data Analytics or Programming or equivalent degree in related field.

▪ Fluency in both languages English and Arabic.

▪ Exposure to a multi-National Business environment is an advantage.

▪ Experience in Programming, Automation and Data Analytics is a plus.

▪ Experience in ERP environment is a plus.

▪ Organized and confident to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

▪ Ability to Absorb and analyze complexed information.

▪ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.

▪ Understands the implications of new technologies.

▪ Proficiency in the following apps and software: Word, Excel, MS Projects, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio.
