Important Stuff

  • Flexibility – We have an office in the heart of Muscat, Oman
  • Reporting to – Business Development Team Lead
  • Start Date – January 2024
  • Interviews – 2 rounds including an online assignment, totaling around 2-3 hours commitment over 2 weeks
  • Your team – This opportunity sits within the business development team at Beehive Oman

Day to day, you will…

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our range of lending products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for product improvement.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor lending product offerings accordingly.
  • Lead and participate in promotional events, conferences, and industry forums to showcase the company’s lending solutions.
  • Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable lending products.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, terms, and conditions to clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • You have a proven track record in business development within the financial services or banking sector, with a focus on lending products.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have an excellent understanding of lending products, financial markets, and industry regulations.
  • You have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Bonus Points for…

  • Familiarity with HubSpot
  • Previous lending sales experience in Oman
