Role Description
As a Brand Manager at Cenomi Retail Jordan, you will be responsible for managing development, and overall performance of multiple brands. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting research on the market and consumer trends, supervising product launches and campaigns, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and consumer insights
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand strategies
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Experience in fashion retail in the Jordan market is a plus

- lead brands’ growth, develop and expand existing brands in new markets based on a market commercial analysis
- Based on commercial analysis, drive brand growth through strategic geographic expansion and market entry.
- Ensure operational excellence by conducting store visits, overseeing pricing, and coordinating merchandise display with Window Dressers.
- Analyze market trends to select collection products aligned with target market segments, prices, and competition, providing relevant reports.
- Optimize merchandising department coordination for operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and increased profitability.
- Enforce franchise and lease agreement compliance, plan and execute events, promotions, and collections, and collaborate on budgeting.
