Branch Manager Job at Nasco Insurance Group in Tripoli, Lebanon

Nasco Lebanon is looking for a Branch Manager in Tripoli. The position entails the following responsibilities:

Building and developing a branch for Nasco Lebanon – Insurance Brokers, in Tripoli.
Approaching prospects and developing business relationships through various sales channels.
Ensuring proper recruitment, training, retention, and development of the team.
Ensuring proper portfolio servicing and follow-up.
Coordinating with head office on regular basis.

You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Have at least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry in Lebanon.
Ability to recruit and lead a sales team.
Good knowledge of all lines of business
Good communication and negotiations skills.
