Summary
As an Assistant Manager -Information System, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager – Information System is responsible to assist the Information System Manager in managing the department as a successful department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with Hotel standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the IT operations and its administration.
Qualifications
- University degree or diploma holder in Information System and or Computer Programming
- 3-4 years previous experience in an IT management role
- Previous experience working in a hotel or large operation with advance technology
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English communication
- Experience in Hyatt Networks
- Experience in Hyatt Systems including Opera & Micros
- Hyatt User Support
- Cisco Networking / SW/ Routers/ CCNA
- Telephones systems/ PBX / Call accounting
- VMware/ VMs
- Handling Systems, Support and Maintaining policies/ procedures
- Handling Computer and networking hardware
- Handling Guest Systems IPTV/ DGS/ PA
