E-Tech Systems is a dynamic and growing company in need of a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. We’re dedicated to providing excellent services to our clients, and we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to support our operations.
Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant at e-Tech Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Follow-up: Follow up on project timelines, and update information as needed.
Team Coordination: Coordinate team members to maintain workflow and ensure efficient project execution.
Documents Archiving: Handle paperwork related to projects, ensuring proper organization and storage.
Communication: Manage memos, meeting minutes, and correspondence efficiently.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our services.
Customer Satisfaction: Act as a customer satisfaction agent, ensuring clients’ needs are met.
COO Support: Work directly with the COO to support daily work routine.
Technical Support Coordination: Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication for projects and programs managed by the Technical Support Department.
General Administrative Tasks: Handle printing, faxing, filing, and email/messages.
Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports for the team.
Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree.
0 – 2 years of experience, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level position.
